Let’s face it, some days it is hard to squeeze in a workout. With our busy lives if we do not MAKE TIME for ourselves there is no time to workout at the end of the day. This is when you need to find clever ways to squeeze it in. Here is a booty workout that I did for while to help tighten and lift my biscuits 😉
