No matter if you are a weight lifter, runner or you just love aerobic fitness you can benefit from these workout programs. When Donnie ran his best time last year in the half marathon he attributed it to doing P90X-3. Not only do these workouts work. But the workouts give you freedom with the ability to stream any workout to your home computer or cell phone.

How to get a free trial.
You can try these workouts I do for free with Beachbody on Demand. Beachbody on Demand is basically the fitness version of Netflix. The full access of Beachbody on Demand has every workout ever created by Beachbody to include Insanity, P90x, Piyo, and 21 Day Fix Extreme to name a few. These workout programs cover everything you would be interested in doing from weightlifting, cardio, and general aerobic fitness. There is literally something for everyone!

While I always recommend joining my groups to get the best results I totally understand that some people would prefer to try these programs by themselves.
