Are you looking to lift that booty?

Ok if you are like me you probably have a flat butt lol…and you’re probably always on the lookout for ways to do a little booty lift. I did Brazilian Butt Lift a few months ago and have some great workout ideas on how to lift your butt. I would recommend doing this series 2-3 a day to get results. The workout is pretty short, but if you did it everyday you’re sure to see some results 🙂
